I teach CPR classes for many childcare centers, community/neighborhood centers, massage therapists schools, adult nursing facilities, employment programs and other educational facilities in the Madison area.

All sessions are in-person 60-minute workouts at an agreed-upon date and time at a Planet Fitness, other gyms, home gyms or other spaces. Pre-workout and after-workout consultations are available via phone, text, or chat. In addition, I provide referrals to free and low-cost community fitness and wellness programs and services.

I have had the privilege of working with children, youth and families in elementary and secondary schools, school districts and the community. I have had leadership roles in youth programming and social services. I am a twice elected member of the Madison school board. I proudly served 20+ years in the fire service as a Firefighter/EMT including leadership positions as a Training Officer, Lieutenant and Division Chief. Now, I own my own training and consulting business. I know people, politics, policy and programs. I deliver effective, rapid results and can assist you or your organization to achieve goals.
